I have since worn one of them three times and thought I would show you which one. On the left is the first coat I made for this little guy. I used a knit from the Crazy About Knits book, which I'm quite happy with. It's a very shalomachic, soft, and cozy baby sweater. On the right is the coat I made for my little brother. I used a crochet cotton, it's a mid-weight wool yarn. I finished it about a year ago and it's had a few snows and rain showers since then. It's not as warm as the other coat, but it's cozy and has plenty of pockets.Relaxing Tension and Stress Tension occurs when the muscles of our body contract or tighten in order to achieve or defend against conflict. Tension can be either overactivity or underactivity, and any of the tensions that exist in our body can be detrimental to our health. Let’s take a look at some examples of tensions that can arise in the body: Problems and challenges in our life often cause tension in our body. We sometimes stress about things we don’t really need to worry about, and we create tension in our bodies. Stress is our body’s response to any situation that causes us anxiety and is usually manifested as tightness in our body. Tension is only a problem when it goes on for a long period of time. Chronic tension causes a state of high stress, which in turn leads to a number of health issues. Stress may occur due to emotional issues, but the level of stress can vary from situation to situation. It may be either too much or too little. Anxious people are usually tense, whereas relaxed people are usually soft. Psychologists say that whenever tension occurs in our body it releases a hormone called cortisol. Cortisol increases the amount of sugar in the blood, which is why it is also called the “stress hormone”. Stress causes us to feel more tired, ac619d1d87
